Who You're Working With
Spacemakers is owned and operated by Will and Nick. Between them they have spent 10+ combined years installing fence across the Wasatch Front, and both are on job sites — not just on the phone. Whoever swings the hammer, Will and Nick own the result and are the ones you call if something is not right.
We keep the process simple. You get a free on-site estimate with written, itemized pricing, a real install window, and a crew that cleans up the site before it leaves. No pressure, no vague numbers, and no disappearing after the deposit.
Locally owned and run
Will and Nick run Spacemakers out of Davis County. When you call, you reach the people who bid your job and stand behind it — not a call center three states away.
Crews we vet
Most work is handled by our own crews. When we do bring in help on a busy stretch, it goes to experienced installers we have worked with and vetted — never to whoever happens to be available.
Licensed and insured
We carry Utah contractor licensing and liability insurance, and we are happy to send certificates before work starts — homeowners, HOAs, and GCs all ask, and they should.
Built for Utah conditions
Frost depth, clay soil, canyon wind, and benchland slope all change how a fence should be built. Ten-plus years of combined experience on the Wasatch Front is the difference between a fence that lasts and one that leans.
Licensing & Insurance
Spacemakers Fence is a licensed and insured Utah contractor (Utah license #B100 #14220816-5501). Certificates of insurance are available on request for homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and general contractors.
