What You Get With Fence Demo & Tear-Out From Spacemakers
Most tear-outs are more work than they look. Old posts are usually set in concrete, chain link is tied into terminal posts under tension, and leaning wood fences often hold up a neighbor's landscaping. We pull footings out whole instead of snapping posts off at grade, so your new posts land where they should.
You can book demo on its own — storm damage, a fence that failed, or a property you are clearing before a sale — or roll it into a new install so one crew handles both and there is no gap between the old fence coming down and the new one going up.
What's Included
- Wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fence removal
- Post and concrete footing extraction, not cut-offs
- Debris hauled away and the work area raked clean
- Storm and wind damage cleanup
- Standalone demo or bundled with a new fence install
How the Install Works
- 1
Walk and scope
We measure the run, note what is set in concrete, and confirm the property line and any shared fence before anything comes down.
- 2
Demo and footing removal
Panels come down in sections, then posts and footings are pulled so the ground is ready for new holes.
- 3
Haul-away and cleanup
All material is loaded and hauled off, the area is raked, and we walk it with you before we leave.
