SpaceMakers Fence installed 140 linear feet of 6-foot Avimore Modern aluminum privacy fencing with brown composite wood-grain infill for a hillside home in Bountiful.
The black powder-coated aluminum frame pairs with composite infill panels to deliver the warmth of a wood fence with none of the maintenance — no staining, sealing, rot, or rust, even with sprinkler overspray and full sun exposure at elevation.
The property sits on a steep benchland grade, so panels were stepped and posts set to follow the terrain cleanly along the rear boundary above the retaining wall while keeping the top line consistent and intentional.
One 4-foot walk gate was included at the side yard, framed and braced to hang square and latch cleanly for years of daily use.
All posts were set in concrete for long-term stability against wind exposure on the hillside.
