Project overview:
SpaceMakers Fence was brought in by a property management client to remove and replace an aging chain link fence section along the east side of a commercial property. The existing fence had reached the end of its service life and needed a full tear-out before new material could go in.
We installed 65 linear feet of 6-foot galvanized chain link fabric with white privacy slats for added screening, along with a standalone 6' × 6' gate finished with matching slats. One gate post required a plated surface-mount installation due to site conditions where standard post setting wasn't possible.
The scope included complete hardware — posts, top rail, tension wire, tension bars, brace bands, ties, caps, hinges, and latch — plus removal and haul-away of all existing fencing material and full site cleanup on completion.
